    as you might know,
   this plugin is a “WordPress wrapper” for the awesome [slick JS library](https://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/)
   and does not add any effects or animations to the slider.
 * Regarding your question: To my knowledge, slick doesn’t provide any kind of “
   rain animation”.
 * Setting to `resolved` since the issue is not related to this plugin but rather
   to the underlying slick jQuery plugin.
