# Random doesn’t work properly

 * Random doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it requires a hard refresh (CTRL + F5)
   to load a new set of images (random).
 * Can you check that?

   for trying out Random Gallery. Sorry you’re having trouble with it.
 * I’m not able to reproduce the behavior you’re seeing. On every browser and OS
   I’ve tried, Random Gallery returns a random set of images on every ‘normal’ refresh.
 * I’d like to help make sure it works for you, too. A few thoughts:
    – It sounds
   like it’s not an issue with your shortcode. – Can you please tell me what browser
   and OS you’re using? – Does your site happen to use a caching plugin?
