# Random meta description missing

   the mentioned page shows the following message. It randomly happens
   for similar items, even if both meta title and meta description are correctly
   set.
 * “Admin warning this page doesn’t show a meta description for it hasn’t one, it
   is necessary to write it or go in the menu [Yoast SEO – Settings] and set a template.”
 * This item, for example, works correctly.

 * Thanks for reaching out about your meta description. First, there are two sets
   of meta tags; one from Yoast SEO, but I’m not sure what’s responsible for the
   second. It could be from your theme or another plugin. I’d recommend disabling

 * The meta description tag is missing. Please share a screenshot of the meta description
   field for the page. You can use any image-sharing service like [https://pasteboard.co/](https://pasteboard.co/),
   [https://snag.gy/](https://snag.gy/), [https://imgur.com/](https://imgur.com/),
   [https://snipboard.io/](https://snipboard.io/), or even upload the screenshot
   to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share
   the link to the image here.
