# Random selection buttons

 * I’ve got a couple of buttons on this widget which I can’t seem to figur3 out 
   what they are for and why they are there.
 * I can’t see a purpose for them and I can’t seem to locate where I should remove
   them.

 * Yeah, it’s the radio buttons but no text shows up giving the option for either
   HTML or PLain Text. Could I not just have it automatically selected to be HTML
   and have the buttons removed?

 * I’ve had some thoughts but I don’t want to mess until I’ve had someone mention

 * Hi thetruejoe90,
 * Thanks for hopping in the forum. Looking at the site, it appears that you’ve 
   hidden the labels in your css, this is hiding the HTML and Plain text labels 
   beside those radio buttons.
 * Here’s the bit of css that’s hiding the labels:
 *     ```
       .widget_mailchimpsf_widget label {
           display: none;
       }
       ```
   
 * If you want to remove the plain text or html options completely a setting would
   need to be changed in your MailChimp list. From the [List Name And Defaults page](http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-can-i-change-my-list-name-and-list-defaults)
   in your list, uncheck the box beside ‘Let subscribers pick HTML or plain text’
 * Once that option has been unchecked and saved go back to to the plugin settings
   in the WordPress and click Update List to refresh the settings. When the preferred
   format option is unchecked all campaigns will include the html and plain text
   version in one package, then the recipients email client will pick the version
   it can view. We usually recommend leaving it unchecked.
