 * I want a small PHP function that can take a user-specified list and display it
   somewhere, and if possible I want to know how to make a little box on the admin
   page to make the list.

 * Well that’s not exactly what I need. I need something that will randomly display
   random quotes, like the 101 Tech Quotes plugin, only the quotes won’t have a 
   name attributed to them. I would modify the 101 Tech Quotes plugin, but I don’t
   know PHP that well.
