 * Does anyone know of a plugin that would allow you to call a random tag?
 * The order=RAND parameter of the tag cloud doesn’t work all that well, because
   if you define a number of tags to show, it’ll only show the same tags every time.
 * I was hoping to have something in the sidebar like:
 * Here’s my blog where I write about **random tag here**.
 * Any ideas?
