# Randomly selecting posts for display?

 * Hey there,
 * I am using a theme called Event, which has a section for Partners that displays
   a featured image in a slider. I am using the section for Sponsors and am wondering
   if there is a way to randomly select a different sponsor image each time the 
   page is loaded. Also I would like to make the featured images link to the sponsors
   external site.
 * Any help in achieving these tasks would be greatly appreciated and I will pay
   it forward the best that I can.
 * WordPress version: 4.2
