rate a photo theme

    hello
    i am looking for a theme that can allow me to run a photo voting type competition with (with the adder thatthe viewer submits the image and pays an entry form (to seperate serious from time wasters) the directory theme from premiumpress.com is the closest that i have found (with heavy modifications) does anyone have any other suggestions?
