Thank you for contacting us.
The message you are receiving indicates, that the UPS does not allow shipping from your store location to your client’s location. Our plugin gets that information from the UPS API. I would recommend testing those addresses on the official UPS site?
It could also mean that the Access Points in the address which you choose in the checkout are not available for this location or the limit of weight for Access Points has been exceeded. If you want to remove this message, could you please try to disable the Access Points from the UPS shipping method?
Please also note that for the UPS plugin to work correctly, you need to provide the address of the store in the WooCommerce>Settings>General tab.
