# Rate posts

 * Can it be used to rate posts. Like I have a website with custom post types. I
   need people to like/dislike the post and then after a month I will declare best
   post.

 * I think it can be used in this case.
    Voters will need to pick their choice (
   like or dislike) and click on vote button.

    So can we select only the logged-in users to vote ? Does it show the
   total count (like minus dislike) ?

 * Yes, a poll can be configured to allow votes only from logged-in users.

 * On the backend, you can see total number of votes for the poll and also for each
   answer.
