Hi @ibsenleo
Do you weight set on your products?
Please tell me what unit are you using and if you have wight set on your products: https://wpde.sk/po/37gmleztt1dw.png
Our plugin uses weight of the cart to calculate the shipping rates.
Hi @ospiotr
Thanks for your answer.
Yes, products have weight set. Unit is Kg
For the product in the example weight is 0.17

I post here the debug information generated from that same shipment

@ibsenleo
What zipcode you have entered in WooCommerce settings? https://wpde.sk/po/08yftnq7cfb9.png
Do you have custom origin disabled? https://wpde.sk/po/316m9i2z6zuv.png
@ospiotr
zipcode – 28001 Madrid, Spain
I’ve tried enabling custom origin and setting again shop origin location, but is the same.

I’ve the same issue, but the difference of price is not so high.
Did you checked “Enable negotiated rates” ?
Hi @rguilbert
Yes, i have test it with/without that option. And the price is the same. Did you fixed it?
No, the issue come maybe from here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22951358/ups-rates-api-gives-low-price
But I’ve not time for check the code 🙂
And I’m not the developper of the plugin!
@ospiotr ? 🙂
I would like to use this plugin, but I can’t accept to lose money from time to time…
(and I’m ready to pay something for have the possibility to add (in the code if need) 3€ more on each rate
Thank you for reporting this, @rguilbert !
This information can be very useful. I will immediately report this to our developers team and ask them for further verification.
I’ll let you know about the results.
@rguilbert @ibsenleo ,
We have released a new version of the plugin which resolves this issue. Pickup type parameter is now used during fetching the shipping rates.
Please update and check if the live rates are accurate now. Also, please make sure that you are logged in during checking the shipping rates on the UPS site.
Great news the astronaut !
We ar going to have a look..
Thanks
Rémi
Hi @ospiotr
Thanks again for your efforts.
No easy to check in detail your plugin.
But it doesn’t calculate the total in case of “Extendad Area Surcharge”
https://aceautomation.eu/Clipboard01.png
As the surcharge is an important cost,..
I don’t know if you want includ this… I would like.
And I’m curious to knoc where I can add in the code an additional fee.. just after as example get the amount of the delivery cost..
Let me know if you want an import of some examples of shipping data (.csv) – by emai?
Thanks
Rémi
Hi @ospiotr
I think it’s working well now, including Extended Area Surcharge.
Maybe I made a mistake (about my previous post).
I installed the plugin.. we will see..
I’m always curious to know where I can add in the code, an additional fee
Thanks a lot for your great support!

@rguilbert I’m glad that you have managed to get it working!
Sorry but there is currently no way to add additional fee to the shipping live rates.
Greeting @ospiotr,
The plugin works well. Thanks again.
The API classifies addresses as Residential or Commercial but it only managed by the UPS API for US/Canada. So, no solution for us.
So, I come back about the additional fee possibilities ? 🙂
Maybe via a sort of pro version or a snippet ?
Thanks!
Rémi
