 * Anyone here?
 * Now it happened again – I set the core updates schedule to every 1 minute some
   time ago, but now it is changed to 12 hours.

 * Hi [@eitanc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/eitanc/), it’s intended behavior
   that settings are reset after a plugin de-activation. This is done to make sure
   that in case of problems everything can be undone by removing the plugin.

 * Thank you for the reply Papin.
 * I think it is a non-standard and wrong behavior.
 * Disable means stop all activity but leave the settings as they currently are.
 * You are doing a kind of partial reset. Users expect that re-activation of a plugin
   will make the plugin active again with the same settings it had before the disable.
 * If you wish, you can add a “Reset” button, for manual use by the users.
 * Please consider fixing the current behavior.
 * Thanks.
