# Re-Captcha

 * Hi there,
 * I had issues with captcha a while back and apparently it is happening again. 
   I have completely removed page caching because you had mentioned it was an issue.
   So with no caching it still says the answer is not correct (or whatever it says)
 * I noticed on your website that re-captcha can be used. [https://xnau.com/product_support/re-captcha/#comments](https://xnau.com/product_support/re-captcha/#comments)
 * I have the keys but it seems I am missing something when it comes to “Get your
   key pair and enter them into the plugin settings.”
 * I do not see anywhere in the current version of your plugin to enter these keys.
   Any chance you can point me in the right direction?

 * Look under the Participants Database admin menu for an item named reCAPTCHA, 
   you’ll enter your keys there.

 * I see…you need to have the [reCAPTCHA add-on](https://xnau.com/product/re-captcha/)
   installed and activated. I thought you had already done that.
