Re-direct to 404

I have implemented this plugin and created a customized 404 page. When I typed in
http://www.example.com/admin/
http://www.example.com/login/
http://www.example.com/wp-admin/both will redirect to the customized 404 pages. However if I entered
http://www.example.com/wp-login.php
It will NOT go to the customized 404 page, but a real 404 page with nothing on it. How can I fix this?

No. I have created a customized 404 page. My theme will forward any pages not found to the customized 404 page. But since I used this plugin, all the traditional login pages should be forwarded to 404 page which then forwarded to the customized 404 page. But it is not doing it for that one page mentioned.
