# Read Before Posting – Support

 * **Before you post anything on this support forum** please read through [the plugin docs](http://www.seriouslysimplepodcasting.com/documentation/)
   first. I update the FAQ regularly with questions that are commonly asked, so 
   there’s a very good chance your query will be answered there already.
 * **If you cannot find your answer in the docs or FAQ** then have a look through
   some of the older posts in the rest of support forum to see if someone else has
   asked the same question before. If you cannot find an answer to your question
   anywhere and you have updated to the latest version of the plugin then you can
   go ahead and create a new post on this support forum.
 * **We monitor this support forum closely** and I will respond to to your queries
   as fast as able. We will respond to all support requests within the week, but
   bear in mind that this plugin is 100% free and a labor of love on my part, so
   if you do not receive a response within a few days don’t get upset – the chances
   are that I’m just not able to answer you straight away. I will always respond,
   so please be patient.
