Before you create a new topic, please review the following information to find answers to your questions more quickly:

How to Install the Plugin Manually
If you are unfamiliar with manual installations, please follow these steps:
- Download the File: Click the download link at the top of this post to save the plugin
.zipfile to your computer. (Note: Do not unzip the file) . - Navigate to Plugins: Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard and go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
- Upload: Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
- Install: Click Choose File, select the
.zipfile you downloaded, and click Install Now. - Activate: Once the upload is complete, click the Activate Plugin button.
- Note: If you are updating an existing version, select “Replace current with uploaded” when prompted.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you encounter an error during the upload process, please check the following:
- “The package could not be installed” / Missing Stylesheet: Ensure you are uploading the
.zipfile exactly as downloaded. This error usually occurs if you attempt to install the plugin via the Themes menu by mistake. - “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize”: Your server has a file size limit. You can resolve this by contacting your hosting provider or increasing the limit in your server’s
php.inifile. - Link Expired / Connection Timed Out: This occurs if the server takes too long to process the file. Refresh your dashboard and try the upload again.
Advanced Users: If the dashboard upload fails, you may unzip the folder and upload it via FTP/SFTP to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory.
