 * We just ran into an issue where the main setting for
 *  Restrict site access to visitors who are logged in or allowed by IP address
 * isn’t saving.. you select it, save and it reverts

 * Just a quick update on this, it seems that the WP Engine staging environment 
   somehow isn’t returning the proper result on get_option blog_public… the plugin
   seems ok.
