 * Hi guys!
    I’m building a custom WordPress template. My problem is that if I change
   the front page display setting to static page then set my Posts page to “Blog”
   then my Front page to “Home”. But my Post page displays my “Home” rather than“
   Blog”. My “Blog” page has different layout, color background and etc so I change
   the it’s body class.
 * My solution of course is to just not put anything in the Posts age but I really
   like to know how to.

 * Your blog page will use home.php if it finds it, so the static page cannot use
   that file. Perhaps that is what is causing your problem.
 * If so, try renaming your static page template to front-page.php.
