# Ready template not loading

 * this error is showing when I click on cartflows tab.
 * Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘plugins’ of undefined
    at Object._process_cache_remote_flows(
   import.js:664) at Object.init (import.js:119) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (import.
   js:1563) at i (jquery.js:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
   at Function.ready (jquery.js:2) at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js:2)

 * I tried to check this at our end but no luck. Can you please let me know that
   is this message is appearing on the Plugin’s page as well?
 * If you are not able to view it there can you please try installing Query Monitor
   plugin.
    This plugin will display all the errors which are getting generated 
   on your website.
 * If the same error is displaying on the plugins page then I can assure that this
   is not from the CartFlows plugin to confirm you can try deactivating the CartFlows
   plugins and let me know how it goes.
