# Real Basic – how do I get the forms to show?

 * HI – I apologize for the very basic question. I went through the FAQ without 
   success.
 * I installed the plug in.
    I looked at the form under the Ultimate Member section.
   I clicked on Live Preview. I got a pop up window with just what I want. I created
   a menu item pointing to the page Login UM Login. When I saw was nothing like 
   the preview. Clearly I’m making a rookie mistake and feel really dumb when I 
   find out what I should have done. Can you help, please

 * Does the form appear when using a default WP theme e.g. 2020 / 2021 theme?

 * Thanks – I should have responded when I figured it out. I was already logged 
   in. I’m not sure what screen should have appeared when trying to login, but after
   logging out and logging back in I got what I expected.
 * Sadly, now I have a different problem. I can hit my site from a different computer
   using the IP address but now when I login the IP changes to 127.0.0.1 – obviously
   it’s not this plugins problem, but I’ve been poorly documented as I make changes
   so I’m not sure what changed 🙁
 * I don’t know why the ip now changes from the correct ip to localhost.

 * Have you changed the site URL? please go to WP Admin > Settings > General > see“
   WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”.
