# Real time booking process – missing data

 * Hi,
 * I tried to make a booking via the software, successful.
    However there’s a few
   error that encounter in the back end management and user as well. Here’s the 
   error:
 * Administrator / hostel owner
    1. Booking confirmed and PAID via PayPal. > Administrator
   receive a confirmation mail of booking BUT there’s no data of when is the date
   being booked, room type. (i do fill the the code {from-date} but it does not 
   appear anything )
 * Manage Bookings (tab )
    1. There is no upcoming booking appear
 * End User / Guest
    1. Did not receive any confirmation email from hostel plugin,
   only receive paypal receipt
 * It will be difficult for me to know when is the date being booked. I need your
   guidance.
 * I am using a trial version and testing on all the functions before i make a purchase.

 * It’s hard to answer any of this without being able to test. All of the functionality
   works fine for us so I need to test.
