I subscribed to their monthly plan and added their widget to my WordPress site. After browsing just a few pages, I quickly exhausted their 50,000-word limit. This service is prohibitively expensive; it’s unrealistic for anyone, even a billionaire, to sustain such costs. It was a mistake to use their service, especially considering the many alternatives available in the market.

    Hi Habib,

Weglot Support here. Thank you for taking the time to write a review on WordPress.

I perfectly understand that our product seems to fit your translation needs and it sounds like your experience with Weglot can be improved, and we would be happy to help you, as best we can, to improve your experience with our product.

I’ve checked and it seems that your website approx. contains 60.000 words as you can see attached and by following the link below
    https://wordcount.weglot.com/uaHR0cHM6Ly9oYW5uYWNlbnRlci5vcmc=

It seems that you’re currently managing two translated languages in your project, and so this is the reason why the Business plan doesn’t seem to fit the translation needs, as the Business plan is limited to 50.000 translated words.
As you can see in the documentation below, the word counter consideres the number of words of your website and the number of languages you’re managing. If a word is translated in two different languages on your website, it means that the word will be translated twice and so will count as two translated words.

Could you contact us back at [email protected] (you can ask for Chris) so we can follow this discussion to improve your experience with our plugin.

    Keep us posted,

    Have a great day,

    Cheers,
