I noticed that you have a number of script tags in the `` of your site. The first thing you should try is to move them to the bottom of the page instead, right before ``. Then, you should concat and minify as many scripts (and stylesheets) as possible. This should take you a long way and would be good enough. Plugins like W3 Total Cache are good at this. W3 has a lot of settings and can be overwhelming at first, but I suggest that you play around with it. You can enable minification under General settings->Minify. More settings can be found under Minify. As I said, play around and see what happens!
