    Hi all,

    First time, working on a Managed WordPress website and I have not access to direct FTP a new .htaccess file.

    According to the Simple SSL plugin the redirection should have been taken care of, right?
    But I still getting an error when I audit my site, that there is not a Redirect from HTTP page to the HTTPS version via a 301 redirect?

    Any idea on that matter?

    Hi @sprintbear,

    Do you have the 301 WordPress redirect enabled in settings/ssl? If so, please clear the caching if you have caching enabled.

    If this doesn’t help, you can try to enable the .htaccess redirect in settings/ssl. But I would recommend to do this only if you have FTP access to the .htaccess file.
