Really Simple SSL plugin isn’t installing

I am trying to install a plugin on my website weedkilleradvise named as really simple ssl free version plugin. but it is not installing on my website, and showing error of server site. I have recalled from hosting provider and they claim that this isn’t hosting issue rather than wordpress issue.
