• My client’s website was originally built on WPEngine with the Realtyspace theme.

My client contacted me reporting they were not able to perform edits on the homepage (created with WPBakery).

This video depicts the issue with Realtyspace theme (v1.5.0) and the Kirki Customizer Framework (v1.4.0). In it I demonstrate how the homepage page is not editable while the Kirki plugin is active. Deactivating the plugin restores ability to edit but breaks page design (visible from front end).

Updating to version 1.4.1 did not correct the issue.

Hi @amacgeek , thanks for reporting this. I’ve checked your video above. Even though you said updating to 1.4.1 doesn’t fix it, please keep it to 1.4.1 instead of 1.4.0. Because the 1.4.1 fix issues for most people.

Do you have error logging that we can read after using 1.4.1? I’ll try to install wp bakery + a theme that’s using Kirki, and see what happened.

    Thanks
