yes, but v2.x has an issue with WooCommerce taxonomies which will fixed in a near future.
however, v1.8.1 still works.

This plug in doesnt work with product variations, only with mother products.
Like i said, i display my variations in front office, not the products, and i need to rearrange variations inside category.

ok, so there was an issue with WooCommerce and the way queries are built. I have fixed this issue in v2.4.3, can you upgrade and let me know if it solves your problem.
