# reCaptcha Admin Locked Out

 * I activated Google reCAPTCHA today and now I can’t log into the admin section(
   sigh) my stupid fault, not the plugin.
 * I have gone in and renamed the defender folder on the server so I can log in 
   but defender is disabled. If I enable, I am logged out. How do I make adjustments
   so I can login and set up reCAPTCHA properly?

 * Trust you’re doing well!
 * reCAPTCHA setting can be reset in the database. Please access your phpMyAdmin,
   and locate the `wp_options` table. Search for the `wd_recaptcha_settings` entry.
 * Within that entry, please change the `enabled` value from `true` to `false`.
 * Here is an example:
    `"enabled":true` to `"enabled":false`
