reCAPTCHA doesn't show

This is my second problem with the Form Manager Plugin.
When I try to include a reCAPTCHA field in the form something happens that interrupt the rendering of the form. The field itself isn’t rendered and everything beneath the reCAPTCHA field is gone, and so is the footer and everything else on the page below the reCAPTCHA field. I have entered my public and private key correctly and I use the latest version of WordPress and of the plugin.
The settings is, other than the reCAPTCHA keys, default and I have tried to put the scripts both in the footer and in the shortcode.
