We’ve tried replicating this scenario on our setups, but both forms work correctly. Try to change form and leave just one field. Try to delete all fields and make new one. Try to enter new recaptcha keys, turn on and off email notification. It seems that don’t work exactly that one form. We’ve noticed some glitches with recent versions of ReCaptcha, which we’ll address in our next release, but it’s not your case. Your ReCaptcha is definitely working correctly. * Let’s try a last check: would you try duplicating this form, publish it on your page, and check if it works? If this happens again, we’ll be glad to investigate (in that case, we’ll know for sure that stale data from older key releases isn’t playing a role). * I hope that works for you!
