PS: the page builder DIVI (newest version of course) is in use.
Thanks for your input.
Of course we are well aware of cookies and script blocking.
In this case it seams to be an plugin issue.
For testing we also added a text field “Interesse” to the contact form of CleverReach.
The issue seams to be, that the WP Plugin is simply not fetching / updating changes from the original CleverReach form.
Maybe there should be a button: “update form” or so.
Of course we cleared caches, allowed all scripts and cookies.
can you have a look please?
this is the form: http://news.schulerloch.de/f/89326-220954/
this is the form in WP: https://schulerloch.de/impressum/ -> footer
Yes, I recognized this too.
I am missing
a) a function to update/synchronize the form and
b) the possibility to disconnect from CleverReach, to re-connect e.g. with another CleverReach account.
My workaround for now is to de-install and re-install the plugin. Then it’s possible to re-connect with CleverReach. A simple deactivation of the plugin unfortunately does not work. At least the shortcode does still work, because the ID doesn’t change.
@apfelbiss
Thanks, this did help us work around the issue, for now.
