reCAPTCHA not working

    Hi, i use the Site Review PlugIn and activated the recaptcha funktion. It worked very well but since a few days i can not send any reviews because the “send” Button doesn´t work anymore. The false recaptcha Key was installed (v3 and not v2 invisible) but i changed it a few hours ago.. and it’s still not working.

    I hope you can help me out with this.

    Are you sure that it only looked like it didn’t work because the button showed no indication of loading? Site Reviews v5.19.0 fixes the submitting indicator (the spinner animation) on the button when a review is submitted.

    Yes, unfortunately it doesn’t work.. i checked just now if the review was posted but no..
    Do you think the premium support can help me out with this? I am ready to buy the premium version of the plugin for my client because the review feature is very important for him.

    update: i updated the plugin to the newest version.. now i can press the submit button.. but it loads infinitely long..

    In this case, it seems like the reCAPTCHA is not loading correctly.

    Please first try to disable the “W3 Total Cache” plugin to make sure that it’s not causing the problem.

    If that does not solve the problem, please try performing the “Basic Troubleshooting Steps” to rule out any compatibility problems with other plugins or with your theme.
