• Hello Community,

I have a question! In WordPress I created 2 users but I can log in with both of them. When I send the user information over to someone else he gets the following message “reCAPTCHA should not be empty”. But when I try to log in everything is fine and works..

Click here to see the error message

What plugin are you using to protect the login with a recaptcha? This is not a core feature.

    Well, that’s probably the solution.
But now I can’t log in myself… So that means I can’t activate a plugin
    Solution?

via ftp or the file manager app in your hosting control panel, look at wp-content/plugins and rename the directory of the likely plugin.

Thank you for your fast answer,

Well that’s the problem I don’t see any plugin with reCAPTCHA.
Is there a plugin in my directory what can cause this?

    – wordpress-seo
    – widgetkit
    – widget-options
    – watchful
    – w3-total-cache
    – user-role-editor

    I havve no idea.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.
