Hi @choudhmh,
Thanks for reaching out!
I couldn’t locate any WPForms Lite forms with the reported issue on your site. However, I did notice the issue occurs when clicking the “Sign In” or “Sign Up” buttons at the top of your site.
In cases where we’ve seen the “Invalid site key” error when reCAPTCHA keys are correct, the issue is due to having the http:// or https:// added to the domain in Google’s reCAPTCHA account (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/). In this case, removing the http:// or https:// (screenshot) should resolve the issue.
I hope this helps!
If you’d like assistance with WPForms Lite, feel free to reach out. Thanks!
Someone else created the CAPTCHA but they are not here and forgot the details. Hence i have no access to that captcha.
If i create a new captcha and added will this work?
I’m not sure which plugin that captcha is coming from….i looked everywhere but couldn’t source it.
Is there a way of removing the captcha completely – i put in NONE on the google captcha tabs but still it’s there?
Hi @choudhmh,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue.
From the forms opened with the “Sign In” or “Sign Up” buttons, it seems they are generated by the /auroratbt/ theme. I’d recommend checking the theme’s settings to locate the Google reCAPTCHA configurations.
If you’re unable to find the Google reCAPTCHA settings within the theme, I suggest reaching out to the theme’s author or support team with details about the issue. They should be able to assist you further.
I apologize as we’re unable to provide support for third-party plugins or themes.
I hope this helps! If you need assistance with WPForms Lite, please feel free to reach out.
