When using reCAPTCHA v2 I get the following error when attempting to purchase course:

“reCAPTHA failed. (missing-input) Please try again.”

There is also an error above the header:
    “Undefined index:g-recaptcha-response in /wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/preheaders/checkout.php on line 412”

    Hi @kcsnow

I’m sorry to hear you’re facing an issue with your site, can you tell me more information about your site.

Do you have any custom page template running on your site for Paid Memberships Pro or another plugin that may enable reCAPTCHA on other pages?

What version of Paid Memberships Pro are you using?

No custom page templates, I’m just using the templates from the ThimPress Coaching theme.

I don’t believe I have anything else with reCAPTCHA.

    I”m running PMP version 5.7.2

I am having the same issue with the exact same message. The only way that membership transactions can progress is after I disable the reCAPTCHA in the settings. I am using the Sweetdate theme and as far as I am aware, this was working 3 or 4 weeks ago. I only noticed this when I was getting a lot of traffic to my site, but no member signups. I checked the process and at the final step, I get the OP error message. Using the PMPro Version 2.5.10.1 although it says it is the latest version. I have also downloaded the latest version from PMPro website and reinstalled the plugin and it’s still the same.

Experiencing the same issue, out of the blue (only update made this week was woocommerce). Only (temporary) fix seems to disable recaptcha, please advise.

Switching to recaptcha v3 does not alleviate the issue either (which is weird, as v3 doesn’t require input from the user at all).

Thank you for your patience, I have tested this using v2 reCAPTCHA and Stripe checkout and it works as intended.

Do you have use a custom checkout page template? Either with your theme or a manually created one?

Another thing to look out for is any JavaScript issues or warnings on the checkout page that may interfere with reCAPTCHA.

Another thing you could look into is to regenerate your reCAPTCHA keys and see if this helps.
