Receive error when using TrackBack

I’m trying to use TrackBack to the original blog in an article I’m posting, but I keep getting the message “Need a Source URL (url)”. This appears to be containing in some XML or XHTML code or something. I copied the TrackBack link directly from the other blog, but can’t figure out why I’m getting this message. Can anyone help? Thanks!
