 * received the following error notice on my security dashboard of your plugin:
 * “2019-10-30 17:14:16: Sending security logs: CONNECTION_ERROR: Operation timed
   out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received_FAILED_TO_USE_FILE_GET_CONTENTS”

 * yes the scanner is running well. Before it was ok but after upgrading to 2.38
   this started happening. I am using 2.38

 * Go to WordPress Admin Panel -> Settings -> Security by CleanTalk -> General settings-
   > “Use WordPress HTTP API” option to “ON” at the bottom of page).

 * Perhaps something was preventing the plugin to connect to the CleanTalk servers.
