# Receiving Empty Notification Email

 * We are receiving a few blank notification email from the plugin each day. The
   email contains the following below but no %information% and doesn’t show up in
   the “booking list”. Any ideas?

 * That seems to be due to spam-bots. Is the captcha enabled for that form?
 * If possible could you indicate the address of the page that contains the form?

 * Thank you for your response. Captcha is enabled and there are mandatory fields,
   this is why I don’t understand how the email is blank with no user inputted fields.

 * Thank you for your response. For some reason the version it’s showing on the 
   plugin page is: Version 8.05 | By CodePeople.net | View details
 * I’m guessing this may be why it’s not activating the update procedure. Would 
   you recommend I uninstall then reinstall the plugin to update?
