Title: Receiving Empty Spam Comments Last modified: September 2, 2016 --- # Receiving Empty Spam Comments * [NiallASD](https://wordpress.org/support/users/niallasd/) * (@niallasd) * [9 years, 9 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/receiving-empty-spam-comments/) * Hi all, * I’ve been receiving a lot of empty comments through a PHP form on my site and it’s caused my CPU usage to go beyond my host’s allocated limit. It looks to me like you might be rolling your own.
