# Receiving Error with WPML

 * Hey there,
    I just discussed with the WPML support and figured out my problem
   is caused by the Google Analytics Opt-Out Plugin that I’m running on the page.
   While Google Analytics Opt-Out is enabled, the webpage provides an error when
   changing the languages of the website. The wpml-conif.xml is already installed
   in the plugin. Any known reason why this problem could be caused? When having
   the language-url-format settings in WPML changed to language name as parameter,
   there is no error.
