 * Hi Support Team,
 * I’ve been getting an error message from my Plesk server regarding matomo almost
   every hour for the past 1.5 months and I honestly don’t understand what the problem
   is. I was hoping it would go away after plugin updates, but that’s not the case.
   Attached is the error message. Hope someone can help me.
 * Thanks in advance
    Regards seto

 * Hi [@seto76](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seto76/) sorry about that. Could
   you check if the same issue happens when you go to: `WP Admin Dashboard -> Matomo
   Analytics -> Diagnostics -> Troubleshooting tab` and click there on the “Archive
   reports” button? If you get an error there it may contain a more detailed error
   message that could help us.
 * If it works there and you don’t get an error, could you send us your system report?
   See [https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/](https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/)
   on how to get it. The report should be anonymised automatically but you could
   also email us the report at [wordpress@matomo.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/receiving-errors-from-my-plesk-server/wordpress@matomo.org?output_format=md)
   if you prefer.

 * Hi Thomas,
 * Thanks for getting back. When I click on the button it shows me a never ending
   white site with HTML code. Do you need this code?
 * Is it a parsing problem?
 * Thanks and regards

 * Thanks for this [@seto76](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seto76/)
 * Could you maybe send us the output of your system report (see [https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/](https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/))?
   We would first try to reproduce it here.

 * Hi [@seto76](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seto76/)
 * Your status report show an error regarding your memory. Are there any chances
   you can upgrade it to 256M?
    And the blank page you have when trying to run the
   archives report manually is due to your plugin accelerated-mobile-pages which
   looks like incompatible. Can you try to run the archive reports with this plugin
   disabled? Regards
 * Mat
