# Receiving Failed Orders recently

 * Recently we’ve been receiving Failed Order notifications (we never used to receive
   these before)
 * We got in contact with one customer who tried to place several orders through
   stripe (that all failed) and she said she got the following error message:
 * > Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure
   > that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.
 * There are no Javascript errors showing up in the console of our checkout page.
   We also take payments through PayPal and Authorize.net and haven’t had any failed
   payment notices.
 * This isn’t happening on all Stripe orders, but it’s happening on enough to not
   just be a fluke or one-time error.

 * We haven’t been able to replicate this behavior in version 3.0.5, but there seems
   to be a few scattered instances of this happening such as yours.
 * Can you please try deactivating the plugin. Once it is deactivated, remove the
   plugin and then reinstall a fresh copy of it.
 * If you can still replicate this behavior after reinstalling, can you please submit
   a ticket to us at [https://woocommerce.com](https://woocommerce.com). You can
   do that by going to Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins
 * Please include admin credentials so that we can take a closer look at this.

 * Thanks for the suggestion–I’ve reinstalled the plugin fresh and will be monitoring
   for any more failed orders
