Thanks for you help… yes it magically started working again after I posted here! Like the issue with photon cached images last week – same story, though that wasn’t working right for several days.
Just random stuff going wrong with Jetpack features since around the time WP6 released, though I haven’t updated to 6 yet (always wait a few weeks to reduce the number of unknowns). Odd stuff going on atm, been fine for years before this.

Jetpack generates broken cached images on the fly. If it’s not then something isn’t translating properly from the site to Jetpack.
Could you send over screenshots showing the issues, so we will know what is breaking so we can use it for troubleshooting, please?

As I mentioned it’s OK again now after I posted, nothing to show!
Just to inform – I have same issue.
Part of posts don’t have “related posts”. After a hour or so it’s seems to working again, but than after few another hours the problem come back.
I’m using Jetpack on two sites. Got this strange issue on both.
Not sure if that is important, but I’m using Jetpack to show 6 related posts (instead of default 3).
