# Recent posts widget bug

 * I can’t set the number of posts to display in the recent posts widget. It always
   adds more than I select. For example if I set it to 1, then it displays 4 posts
   and so on.

   widget, WP block, or etc), and what widget you used, including screenshots and
   URLs, or any other document, so we can understand and check it better.

 * **Please note:** If the widget name is “» RECENT POSTS”, it starts from #3, so
   the minimum value you can set is 3.
