# Recent Update – Header/Code Issue

 * After the recent 1.2.1 update the following error/code snippet that appears on
   every page

       Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/Website/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redirect-redirection/includes/irrp-helper.php:522) in /home/customer/www/Website/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1431
       ```
   
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: quantifier does not follow a repeatable item at offset 0 in /home/customer/www/Website/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redirect-redirection/includes/irrp-helper.php on line 522
       ```
   
 * Turning the plugin off removes the issues entirely
 * We are also running Thrive Leads/Apprentice/Architect on the site

 * Our team tried to reproduce the issue but unfortunately we were not successful
   with it.
 * Could you please share more details especially which redirections you use?
 * You can export all of your redirections and send it to us via email: 
   [ support(
   at) redirection dot pro ]
 * You can also try to update your permalinks cache by going to:
   WordPress Side 
   Navigation -> Settings -> Permalinks
 * Whatever option you currently use there, switch it to custom then back to the
   one you currently use, if you use custom right now, set it to plain then back
   to custom again. Save each time.
 * Once you do that check if the issue goes away and let us know about that 🙂
