 * why i don’t receive onesignal notifications? i checked with other persons they
   don’t have problem with receiving them, what is this problem?

 * It’s possible your site’s storage containing your push subscription was cleared
   or you may have revoked notification permissions. Try visiting the target site
   again to subscribe.

 * i did that many times, but i don’t receive notifications yet but other persons
   have no problem in receiving them. it’s really strange
