Recommended plugin for specific use case

Hello, I want to create forms that, after submitting, lead to different pages based on the submission. Is there a recommended form plugin for this sort of use-case?

To give an example, if someone fills the form to indicate they like Country music, the next page may ask about Country music artists, whereas Rap would take them to Rap artists. These new pages would likely be additional forms, or extensions of the existing form if at all possible.
