 * I tryed “everything” to get the recordset working. This is my last try. Can you
   tell me what i´m doing wrong, please? I also read your documentation and [this blog entry](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/using-recordset-to-fill-a-field-based-on-dropdown/),
   but it doesn´t help….

 * i send you two times a ticket to your privat website and i am not sure that you
   get it because i cannot find a mail with the ticket number _[ redacted, support
   is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]_. Please let me
   know, if you get it or not.
