# Recpatcha Preventing Login

 * I set up a ReCaptcha with with the UncannyOwl Front End Login functionalisty,
   but I must have done something wrong as I keep on getting an error message and
   am unable to log into my site. how can I deactivate the recaptcha from the back
   end of my site so that I can access my site again.

   the issue.
 * Are you using any other reCaptcha plugins on the site? They could potentially
   conflict. Can you also confirm the exact error message you’re getting?

 * For testing login form changes it’s a good idea to stay logged in as an admin
   and test changes in an incognito window. That way if anything goes wrong you 
   can still change them while signed in.

 * Hi [@shaunl8](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shaunl8/) , I ran it by our
   team and they believe you might be trying to use a V3 key with the Toolkit. The
   Toolkit support reCatcha V2 only (see [https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/versions](https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/versions)).
   Are you able to confirm?

 * We’ll close this one out since it has been over 6 weeks without an update and
   it should be used by using reCaptcha v2.
