# Red Border Error Issue

 * I recently started getting a red border error saying “Failed to send your message.
   Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
 * I have deactivated and reactivated the plug-in. as well as uninstall and re-installed
   it. Installed Postman SMTP and everything came up OK. I have also run through

   and it is still not functioning. I am having this problem on both of my websites.

 * Please include all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface.
   This will help others here to understand your actual problem. The info you provided
   on this does not make sense.

 * i’m having the same problem as jtogal.
    The red border with “fail to send message”
   I have deactivated and reactivated all plugins, installed Postman SMPT but am
